I usually keep at least a few of pre-purchased stock that worked, for future tests if needed. then after 10-15 mins I get the message "Cannot Complete the CD Writing Wizard" .. I strongly suspect a program (antivirus, etc.) running in the background because people tend to have a favorite program that they install on their computers.
It?s best to chose one burning software and stay with it. This will cause the pins to heat up and then they work completely loose.
