Xp Pro Activate Critical Battery Alarm Level Slider Stuck

I moved them out here for easier testing, but now I cannot lower either of them below 94%. Use the slider to set the battery percentage level for the Low Battery alarm. TV. The current slider won't let me go below 4% on the setting for the CBA. get redirected here
