All I know is, when I was using Word 2003, I never had this problem and all I'm doing is copying or cutting and pasting text with one font to an Kind of odd. How do I enter these into Word 2003? I had found a downloadable version of this for $39.99 a couple of months ago, but I didn't bookmark it and now can't find it.

The original document doesn't have a huge blocker there. The only piece of Word "formatting" I'm interested in is that basic table structures are retained. When I do, the text comes in as an image, not editable text. I can copy from TextEdit to InDesign without problem, whether TextEdit is set to Plain Text or RTF.
