Method 1 worked for me. There was no problem with the other laptop using wireless though. There could be several things going on in this kind of situation, either your computer has a problem or the router cannot connect to the Internet via your ISP. Not sure if my solution will work for others but it’s a pretty easy step to take when looking to resolve this problem. You then need to re enter your network password on your phone. Method 1, was my savior. Alex Thank you so much!!!
