After the tool has finished executing if not already run, please copy the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS folder to your Desktop, right click on it > Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder, and upload Right clicking on Failed and Cancelled items and then View Details gives error codes 80090017 and 80240000B.

  8. I doubt there is any malware or virus as it's a fresh Vista install and I even ran a SpyEraser scan and a BitDefender Anti-Virus scane which returned nothing wrong.
