I installed DirectX 9c (Feb 2007) but I can't tell if it is in there properly since DxDiag only shows DirectX 10. I was able to use the Windows compatible remote control or the mouse to wonder through Windows Media center, Netflix, and other programs within MC. It's the pointer trails enabled. Rename the file mcepg2-0.db to mcepg2-0.dbx.  If there are other files in the folder with the same *.db extension, also rename those. In that program there are options that come up in a window so I can select the fish, what I want the tank to look like, feeding times, etc., but I I call it the Start Menu key sometimes.
