They had a slightly similar problem last week, so hopefully, they'll get fixing.

Microsoft uses a special symbol for its smart quote, but other languages reserve that symbol for other characters. I can send and recieve mail but most of it wont delete or even move to another folder. Typists can't waste their time like this. What version of Word are you using?
