I am a paying customer just like you! I pulled up a forum post a few hours ago and it said that if you are using 465, it is important to ALLOW that port on your router settings, if For some reason now, it just won't go online. Any help would be greatly appreciated! why not try these out

Turns out that I had to give my router an OK to add the Port ( 465) that was set in the outgoing server on WLM, and now it works perfectly. Sorry, there was a problem flagging this post.
