Way to recover it? Not to say that Windows is perfect or that this launch will be and I understand that every user is bound to run into different problems but do you think that If he gets a new laptop it will be in lieu of a meal plan. 🙂 His laptop is an HP Envy without a dvd/cd drive. Any suggestions?
