Windows 10 File Explorer Search Not Working

Can not find c:\Program Files\eclipse\eclipse.ini when searching C: for eclipse.ini. Let the system run a diagnostic and select a fix. And 8.1 is an absolute abortion hence why im trying to use 10.And what is happening now with edge cortana and windows update?

Interestingly enough, search works just fine on a second PC with Windows 10.Search is powered by Cortana in Windows 10. That worked for me. This and inability to show more than 12 items in the Taskbar and Start Menu jumplists are my two biggest gripes with Windows 10, and both relate to Taskbar limitations that Do you know of a way to permanently fix this ? Delete this registry key.

Just reinstall cortana. PS. It has an unusual screen resolution of 1366 x 768. This is what finally worked for me.
