in any case, the taskbar becomes no longer visible. The problem is that all maximized windows paint over it. Registered in England and Wales.

The problem exists when auto hide is not checked. If in addition to auto-hide, you also have set 'keep the taskbar on top of other windows', then the behaviour changes only for full-screen desktop. PC is a laptop which is not set up for multiple display so window is definitely not open on wrong screen. Even tried different edits in the registry but there my changes are not saved an put back to default after every reboot.Hope there is a solution for this. Its hard to explain however to resolve a problem if I dont know the exact problem.
