These are associated with the Package Repository file. but i think i still need to fix some of the damage done. also I cannot open any of my programs in my start menu they all say windows cannot open this file....so therefore I cannot even do a system restore. A ribbon appeared across the page and it said that the app needed to be repaired, so I clicked on "Repair" or "OK" and it started the repair process.
