Working in teams of 3 or 4, and each one will play the host at one time. Each of you will be demonstrate the knowledge you learn about  tea ceremony by serving them in a tea party.

 1. Try to break down a tea ceremony in several steps and understand what the meaning is behind each step.

 2. Go to a local oriental grocery store and find all the different kinds of tea on shelves. Look at the pictures and read the description on their covers.

 3. After understanding each procedure, practice with your teammates by hosting a tea ceremony. During the ceremony, explain to your friends what each step means and why.
