Individual
teachers in self-directed study groups can increase their Bill
of Rights knowledge and develop a variety of engaging lesson plans
by working through this project. The teachers can either be all from
one program or the webquest can be done in a totally online environment
with teachers from different programs communicating via email. The
most productive process would include not only peer-to-peer feedback
and discussion, but also discussion with a professional developer
or master teacher of ESL/Civics.

Professional
developers of adult education teachers will find this webquest
a convenient and informative model to follow while doing professional
development involving the Bill of Rights and ESL/Civics.
how to do the quest totally online. Many of the elements can be printed
out and distributed in hard copy if online access is limited.).
