Process

You're going to split the responsibilities amongst the five of you according to the following five roles: CD Maker, CD Seller, Booking, Press, and Webmaster. Read over the descriptions in the Roles and Resources section and decide which of you can best fill each role. Of course you can help each other out and will need to share information regarding the budget. The CD is the first financial responsibility, and you all might agree to let it eat into the band fund, or you might apply a little of the CD money to the promotion budget, but have agreed not to go more than $500 in either direction. You have a total of 8 weeks to conplete the entire project, but CD Replicator and CD seller have earlier deadlines. See details ahead.
