im not exactly sure what to try to be honest. I have tried using different devices and using all usb ports, they DO work at BIOS, so i am able to get into the BIOS and access safe mode and everything What the user does is where it begins, from opening email from unknown senders, opening unknown attachments, clicking on pop-ups, going to questionable or known bad sites and so on. I ran recovery console with an install disk and ran chkdsk /r.
