I went straight to step 3 to try the IE fix script first. What I ended up doing is uninstalling the d-link software entirely. I tried Microsoft fixes.. I'm using my wife's computer to search for solutions. Go to, Start, Run, type cmd and click OK. Option 3 for 32 bit worked after all esle failed.

Went right to option 3 after trying a bunch of suggested "fixes" from Microsoft the day before.
