Unfortunately, their downloadable Modem Identification Wizard doesn't seem to be wanting to do anything. i don't know if it's the mbr change or another virus but my laptop automatically reboots itself (like every 10 minutes) because of a serious error. After realising that most of my hardware did not work with vista, I down graded to xp service pack 3. It's not an issue for most users, but it may be for you.
