The trusted location that the Access install put in for me was C:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Office 15\Root\Office15\ACCWIZ whereas my actual ACCWIZ folder was in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\Root\Office15\ACCWIZ .
