I got into GMail with no problems (with FF), and read her mail. I've pinged my IP address and my DNS servers, I asked my collegue to ping my IP and DNS externaly and it was successfull. I'd find updated firmware for your router and modem and install it.. I made sure that I had the most up-to-date installs on my OS, browser & its plugins. Can't Get Google To Open I had hoped to resolve the problem before I left, but unfortunately, there's not enough time.Festerf, are you able to get into Google Gmail Help and ask them any questions? Click on Start then Turn Off Computer then click on restart then when system comes back up try browsing again. That's a bit complicated.
