msupdte.exe appears to be a compressed file. i deleted it but i am not sure if it's enough. Is it legitimate or something that your computer is better without? By default this is C:\Windows\System for Windows 95/98/ME, C:\Winnt\System32 for Windows NT/2000, or C:\Windows\System32 for Windows XP/Vista/7.
