Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, learners will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the range, scope and complexity of the issues and problems related to designing instruction
- Describe the current status of instructional design and technology
- Describe recent trends and issues that are having, or are likely to have an impact on instructional technologists
- Understand the organizational decision making process and the application of organizational transformation through Instructional Technology

Your grade will be determined by your involvement in the Discussion Room, and by the completion of three assignments. Each has its own set of directions below.
